Amazingly enough, after a few days of having only low acid java I noticed some improvements with my painful reflux. I wasn’t getting heartburn same before, and when I did, it was not as severe. I had to realize that the doctor was right and several of my trouble was due to my own habits. I think that giving out extremely delicious coffee for a slightly less tasty but more and beneficial coffee is worth it.
Whenever you suffer from any stomach problems and you are an avid java lover as I am, I really advise trying low acid coffee. Have it at least 7 days and find out if you notice a difference. Because if you do then you will make a good decision.
